The 28-Day Himlung Himal Expedition (7,126 m / 23,379 ft) is Nepal's premier high-altitude mountaineering expedition for climbers seeking their first 7,000-meter summit or preparing for 8,000-meter giants like Mount Everest and Manaslu. Situated in the remote Peri Himal range northeast of the Annapurna massif along the Tibetan border, Himlung Himal offers a non-technical yet physically challenging ascent characterized by moderate snow and ice slopes (30° to 45°), stable ridge lines, and low objective avalanche hazard. The approach winds through the ancient Tibetan stone villages, prayer labyrinths, and chortens of the restricted Nar-Phu Valley. Operating with an established 3-camp high-altitude rotation system, elite 1:1 Sherpa support, and comprehensive base camp infrastructure, this expedition delivers the ultimate 7,000 m Himalayan climbing achievement.

Requires Nepal Department of Tourism (DoT) Himlung Mountaineering Royalty Permit, Nar-Phu Restricted Area Permit (RAP), ACAP Entry Permit, and a certified Government Liaison Officer. Climbers must have prior 6,000 m peak climbing experience (e.g., Island Peak, Mera Peak, or Lobuche East), solid crampon/ice axe skills, and cold-weather endurance. High-altitude boots (8000M or double boots), down suits, and personal technical climbing kits are mandatory.
