Himalaya Safety Treks operates an exciting great pass of Messokanta La 5315m known as Tilicho Pass in Annapurna region western part of Nepal. This pass encompasses Annapurna massive above Tilicho Lake (4919m) where Tilicho lake is the highest lake in the world which is the main attraction on this route.
Mesokanta-La pass trekking begins from Besisahar and ends in Jomsom. This pass trekking is probably the most popular trekking in the Annapurna region. It offers beautiful views of Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Mt. Fishtail, and Tilicho Lake, and the attraction includes the rich cultures of different ethnic races.
Itinerary
Day 1 : Beshi shahar to Bahundanda (1305m) approx 5 hours
Day 2 : Bahundanda to Chyamche (1430m) approx 6 hours
Day 3 : Chyamche to Dharapani (1860m.) approx 6 hours
Day 4 : Dharapani to Chame (2670m) approx. 5 hours
Day 5 : Chame to Pisang (3100m) approx 5 hours
Day 6 : Pisang to Manang (3440m) approx. 5 hours
Day 7 : Acclimatization day at Manang
Day 8 : Manang to Khangsar village (298m) approx 5 hours
Day 9 : khangsar village to Tilicho Base Camp(4160m) approx. 4 hours
Day 10 : Tilicho base camp to Tilicho Lake (4919m) approx. 4 hours
Day 11 : Tilicho Lake to Nam Phu Kharka after crossing Mesokanta La pass (5315m) approx. 6 hours
Day 12 : Nam Phu Kharka to Jomsom (2710m) approx 6 hours
